ABS and brake light on 2000 Taurus
could use some help i replaced the brake booster because the pedal was hard as a rock didn't fix the problem so replaced the master cyl. and bench bleed it before installing it the bleed the front brakes didn't fix it so i found a melted vac. line and fix the line got brakes now but the brake light stays on along with the ABS light i know its not a mustang but im stumped any help would be appreciated.

make sure the float in the res isnt stuck. it usually dosent cause the abs light to come on but its worth a shot

unplug the connector on the master cylinder, make sure theres not a short in that connector.
usually both lights on is a sign of low/no fluid or a shorted fluid level sensor circuit
