Ya that's great but WHERE is that? Just seeing that picture helps but tells me nothing where it's located (ie before or after intercooler or is it before the MAF?)

it is before the intercooler and MAF. it is the first pipe after the head unit.

nope he's being serious. usually the flange for the bypass valve (on vortech and procharger at least) points down on front mounted intercooler setups.
looking at the pipe with the flange from the top: http://photos-a.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-...34_5752504.jpg and from the bottom: http://photos-e.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-...236_330562.jpg the second picture is a bit disorientating, but you can use the AC compressor and crank dampener to try to get your bearings. that big piece of plastic on the left is like the bottom of the radiator/fan.

Just an FYI fir those that. Don't know or understand, with a draw thru setup you have to run it as a bypass valve. Otherwise, you're venting off air that the maf has already accounted for. It can cause anproblem with air fuel ratios.
