Good price to have Subframe Conn. welded in?

I want to order Subframe connectors soon. But my welder sucks, and I suck at welding. My dad said he'd do it if he had a better welder, but he says he sucks too.

So whats a good price to have a shop do it? I wanna get either MM XL SFC's, or Kenny Brown full length SFC's.

Also, will my car be okay for a few without doing SFC's? With my Vortech and 3.73's and track passes? Ill be using NT555R's but feathering it out around 2500rpm. Thanks guys

Around 6-7 bucks if you come pay me a visit....I really donno. It depends on where you take it, and your location. Some guys have paid like $40 some have been quoted/paid $100+ it just all depends.

....I was just messin around. What I meant was come to where im at. Ill weld them on for a 6 pack including the correct corrosion protection. Gotta make it here before wednesday though :p.

i got quoted half an hour by a very experienced mustang shop i have dealt with...

i think they charge 90 an hour so that would be 45-50 bucks

my muffler shop quoted me $50. they did a really nice job welding in my cats, so i would assume the same work would be done on the subframes.

why not take that 50-100 bucks, go get yourself some supplies, and get better at welding. You can do it yourself, and its a good trade to know.
