Yes leave it unplugged. And that doesnt go into radiator, it is a separate piece, actually in front of the radiator. Pull it out! Might need the fuel/ac disconnector tools.

Yeah it will... I thought you already drained it? If your deleting a/c might as well get rid of all the shit in the engine bay, and lines that go to the firewall. Frees up a lot of space and weight. Drain it or take it to a shop that will (usually for free, they like the refrigerant).

Pull the line out and throw it away, all that holds it in is a nut at the bottom of it, no coolant wont come out, coolant and freon dont mix in the radiator

Nah man, your thinking of 2 different things. There is a condenser and radiator. The AC goes to the condenser, not radiator. They look like the same thing, do the same thing. But are for different systems. Follow the metal line.

You are going to take out the condenser too. Im not sure, its been awhile. But im 75% sure you don't. I was replacing my radiator at same time so i had it out.

i got it out! i had no idea the condenser was so big! its almost like having 2 radiators i didnt have to remove the radiator just loosen the radiator support brackets and tilt it forward a little to fit the condenser out.

with the condensor out of the way shouldnt the radiator get much more air flow?
