i'm sure you can make it fit...but why? i doubt it would look right
there is a guy on here with the mach lip on his terminator bumper...so it can be made to fit...but it would look better with the terminator lip

it will fit. its been done. doesn't mean it will look right
and the ends still don't line up on the 99/01 cobra bumpers i have seen
