assumin g its a MR 2010 MR. 0-60 4.6 and a 13.2 1/4 mile @103.6

i have a mostly stock 1997 cobra, and i spanked a cammed/tuned evo 9 last night from a dig.. he said something about launch control.. not sure if it was on or off, but i beat him alot worse than i thought i would.. twice..

he wanted to go from a 40 roll, but his girfriend was ready to go home.. (she wasn't in the car, she was filming it from the side)

we're gonna race again sometime soon.. i have a feeling he was just fucking with me last night.. he definitely had me on top end though

have not ran with a GTR yet though. i have beaten some 350z's and a 300zx but no GTR's ... im sure one of those would eat me anyway.

i was about to the say the same thing. the evo x's are so watered down handling wise and straight line wise compared to the previous evos. even with awd being his territory theyre so horribly slow (i drove an evo x) about 10 of my buddies have evo viis - evo ixs and the new ones dont even compare. if u can drive decent you'll have him. i wouldnt race it from a roll, the weight wouldnt be as much of a factor for the evo x and it has a decent trap (105). do a dig, and convince him the dig is his territory.

evo 10s have horrible launch control, along time ago when my car was slow i had cold air, tb, x pipe, and catback and i ran a 13.5 if there best time is 13.8 u will take him from a roll and if u ride the clutch out a little from a dig ull be okay u dont make enough power to be all over the place ull be ok, i wouldnt think to much of these races cuz that dude overpayed for a turd and u have a stock gt thats justa s fast and they suck on gas worse then an stang, no worries.

ps. ive ran my buddies ( check my garage ) with boost turned up and cat back and i beat him but barely. lol to race him now would just be a waste of my gas
