I agree with you guys exactly. I know any camswap is illegal but if it doesnt idle real radical and will pass the test im going to do it. Another 25rwhp would be great especially in the same power band. I love the sound of a cammed motor but this is my daily driver. I have also heard the comp cams xe262ah will pass smog as well as a stock motor as long as the cats are in good shape. I think if it passes the test it should pass. The good thing about cams is they arent that easy in inspect!
