Exhaust prices

What do you think is the typical price to have a midpipe and catback installed? Also, if I go catless, and turn off the code with a tuner, will I pass inspection if they only test emmisions by plugging in to the computer? By the way I live in northern VA if anyone is the area has any suggestions.

I dont know about NOVA but i am registered in Montgomery County (15 min from NOVA) and when i had my emissions there they simply looked at my dash and checked for a gas cap. They didnt plug in, no vaccums on the exhaust, nothing...

i used to live in fairfax county and they do use sniffers there so you would definitely need to be able to pass that

Get a Bassani X. It comes with both O/R and catted extentions. When inspection comes put the cats on and when inspection is over take them off.

Go with the bassani set-up it is quite nice and with the catted x-pipe you should pass emmisions...Install is easy...
