Ticking noise!! Please listen and give me your input!!!

Ok... So I had a misfire in cylinder #1 so I changed out the COP and misfire went away but I have a ticking now that I an worried about! There dosent seem to be any loss of power or anything. I thought it was the tensioner but I realy dont know.. Please listen and tell me what u think> Attached is the video I took... I know my engine is dirty.. Just took it out of storage>.. Alaso... The oil is at the right level...

I didnt know witch link would work so I posted them all...

Yikes. Does it increase with rpm? Does it sound like an exhaust leak? Sounds like metal tapping or some shit. Doubt its the tensioner but it would take only a couple mins to find out.

Hard to tell from the video, but sounds like an exhaust leak to me. Put your hand down by the passesnger side header while the engine is cool and see if you feel anything.

I second the valve stem, if it were bottom end I would say a rod bearing because there seems to be a new thread about them every day lol. Time to tear the heads down and check everything out. If it's not there, you gotta pull the timing cover and inspect there. My friends mustangs do this too, and they all sound like they are coming from different spots. My old motor used to make a light tick but it was never that loud or caused any problems, check out everything you can but unless you experience problems, I wouldn't worry about it cause everyone seems to have a "tick" of some sort lol.

Compression test the thing if you are concerned about a bent valve. Easy enough to see if that's possible with low compression.

Ok... Took it to a motor builder in town and the sound is the timing chain slapping on the cover. The guides are worn or broken. So wee going to take it apart and replace the chains, guides, and gears... Anyone recomend a brand for this set up? I wana purchase the whole kit.
