Ysi's are badass I have a vid on YouTube of a fox I saw at a dyno day that had a built bottom end 331,edelbrock victor heads, victor efi intake, all supporting mods and a ysi and it put down 775 at 6500 and sounded amazing doing it.

since were spitting out psi number's and setups...
i'm making about 12.5 with a cx kit and 2.8 pulley with an anderson power pipe...figure in a 3psi pressure drop should be about right...
i really think the cx coolers are a bit much for a supercharged application under 10psi , the core is huge and would be more suited for something upwards 17+.. i'm actually thinking i may go smaller, just to make some more boost..

I think you'll see less over all because the smaller IC will be more restrictive but you will see boost sooner because there's less volume to fill. If you're measuring boost at the intake manifold any restiction before the TB will show up as less psi because it's being retricted before the area you're measuring at.

I made same boost numbers you were when I had same pulley and intake setup on stock heads. Put out 515 rwhp.

What size CX intercooler do you have? I also have one for my setup which is a 31x12x3" and I'm looking for a pulley that will put me at the 400rwhp range with an AFM powerpipe and V1 S trim.

I use to run a 31x12x3 and now I run a 31x12x4".

With a built bottom end and a completely stock upper end including exhaut manifolds I made 431 with a 2.8" RR SC pulley the 31x12x3" ic, and a V1. So my compression was slightly lower than stock and forged bottom end is heavier also, but I'm sure it was much better balanced engine. Plus the tuner can run a little more timing on a built sb.

I not sure what your setup is but is sound about right for a stock motor.

But I was running Houston performance S292 blower cams and a nice well balanced short block built my MMR.

My power mods @515twhp were

V1 S-trim at 12.5-13 psi. Stock crank pulley and a 2.8" RR SC pulley AFM power pipe
Stock intake and heads including stock valve springs
HP s292 cams not degreed dropped in with a AFM cam retention tool
Mac LT's
Mac h pipe
Mac cat back
Professional Products 75mm TB/Plenum
Cheapest 31x12x3" IC I could find 4 years ago. Looks just like the CRX 31x12x4" I run now but thinner of course.
An universal piping kit.

Support mods. (fuel mods, tune, etc)

Well I made 431 only difference was the shortblock and I had stock exhaust manifolds compared to your shortys.

Cams and lt's alone gave me over 84 rwhp.

Do you have a forged bottom end? You might want to pulley up a little.

It's weird that I'm making more boost than you with a 3.1" pulley and cams.

i thought about going to a 2.6, but i was told i will have a harder time with belt slippage issues...bottom end is stock.
about the boost issue, i have no clue...my car's just gay i guess!!
