I was just wondering if anyone knew if I could drop in a 3-valve out of a 2005-10 mustang into my 2002 fairly easy and what changes it might require?thanks in advance for your help on this matter.

+1 search before you post. Use google's advanced search feature and put in 99-04 Forum in the domain part. That way you can search for terms that are under 3 characters. It was hard searching for 2v to 4v conversion threads because the forum doesn't let you search for "2v" or "4v" so I used google to search the boards.

Here ya go, I did this one for you
3v swap - Google advanced search
