03 Cobra Bumper fits 03 GT...?

I assume that the 03 cobra bumper would fit on my 03 gt, but the bumper on ebay im looking at states that it fits on the cobra only. Shouldn't all the specs be the same?

Link, if you could check it out and throw me some opinions that'd be cool.

I just asked this exact question a week or two ago... if you'd search im pretty sure it pops up... buuuut to b nice, yes it fits, but with your stock hood it will rub some on the two upper attachements on either side of the grill

other then that the bumper fits amazing!

Ha your an angel.... that surprises me though that the hood rubs on the side pieces around the grill. The cobra hood i guess has extra space there compared to the GT?
Dang that sucks... im gonna get a new hood but i dont have the money yet, so i dont want the hood rubbing on my new bumper... Ha

had a 03 bumper on my 01 GT fit great don't recall any rubbing issues, had to remove the grill but i guess you could drill holes so you could use your grill. Also when you go to buy driving lights you need to buy ones for 03-04 cobra the 99/01 buckets are different

And for the fogs, I believe you need cobra fog light connectors. Don't think they are the same as the GT's

bumper fits great, but you will have to move the upper posts back about an inch for the stock hood to clear, but other than that it's a direct bolt on. i got mine from blueovalindustries.com for around $600 and that included fog lights, bezels, bumper and shipping. you will have to buy light harness for $10 each.

EFFFFF that man. haha Im not paying 600 for that. Im just buying the bumper from ebay shop that is suppose to be just like the OEM cobra bumper (link on first post) and it has a 100% satisfaction guarantee and i can return it if it doesnt fit.
If possible can you describe what the "upper posts" are?... im not really getting what your saying about that part.

its actually a pretty good deal for what your going to get. it comes with everything you need to install. the "upper posts" i was talking about are the two posts that your stock hood is going to hit when you close it. all you have to do is drill out two other holes and push the posts back about an inch and the hood will clear. i just put a VIS 4 inch hood on my car and I had to push the posts back again just a hair.

the posts im talking about are two pieces of bumper that extend upward to your hood and they sit between the grill and the lights. i dont know the exact name for them.

i just put on my termi bumper too and my hood doesnt clear. do you guys have pics or a write up on how to make it fit correct?

I bought my cobra bumper off ebay as well. it fits great and i bought mine painted and the paint actually matches great!
im to buy thins kit ver soon for the fogs. id look into it if i were you,.
