F'in Flowtech's. I have the same problem with mine. They just don't seal well to the head. Do you think you can pull the cylinder head off the motor with these headers still attached? I'm gonna try it in a few weeks when I get back to Michigan to install my ported heads with cams and then I'll fix my leak.

I have no problem with the Flowtech headers. They have been on the car 2 years and now finally have a problem. The problem wasnt with the headers, but with my decision to use the cheap paper gaskets that came with the headers because I didnt feel like waiting anymore. Like all headers, you need to make sure the flange is straight before bolting them up to the heads. Lots of times they are warped from welding and you need to hit them with a belt sander to straighten them out. I am more than happy with my flowtechs, especially when having to drop the tranny

+1 my Flowtechs have been great. Been on the car 4+ years now with zero issues. Get a decent gasket ,like you have ordered and spring for some locking Stage 8 bolts and forget it. The Stage 8's really help
