Tire rubbing right strut only?

When I had my wheels off the other day I noticed that on the passenger side my front tire has worn the blue completely away from my struts. They are only about a month old maybe? How could it be rubbing that bad and only on one side? The car needs and alignment but nothing even remotely that bad, is it time for tie rods? No damage to the tire by the way..suprisingly.

Why does that happen? I never have the wheel anywhere near full lock in either direction.

Only on C-springs which is the strange thing. I also run tokico blues. I'm saving to get the bumpsteer kit right now cause my car is so sloppy and follows the road, I know I need an alignment but I'll wait till after the bumpsteer, maybe it will fix the rubbing?
