Goodbye supercharger....

Hello turbo! I picked this kit up yesterday. Its a PTK 2V turbo kit, Garrett 67mm polished turbo. Came with a Tial F38 wastegate, Vortech maxflow bypass valve, PMAS, FMIC, Greddy profec B spec 2 electronic boost controller, all the V band connectors, silicon hoses, clamps, and everything is ceramic coated and has 5k miles on it. It is only missing 1 pipe on the cold side which I can easily just find a pipe and cut it. I think I got the deal of a lifetime on it, I payed $1800.

I was originally planning on overspinning my Vortech to make 600+rwhp, but this deal was too good to pass up. I will be getting a new filter for it and some t-bolt clamps to replace the regular style ones. I can't wait to get this on my car!

True. There really is no need if your going to be running 8-9 psi. Just get a manual one for $25 bucks.

I'm calling the cops because you stole that kit! lol. Congrats Always loved the look of your stang and now I can't wait to see the finished project. My vortech was a big enough bitch to install. I can't imagine that! I too would sell the boost controller, I think the money will be better spent on some suspension mods!

Yes, it will be for sale. I will sell it complete with the CXracing FMIC. I'll also be selling my LTs and o/r H pipe.

Yeah I just realized they are worth a lot of dough, still might keep it though.

Even then. Are you constantly going to run 18 psi. Or are you going to run 9 psi on the street then when you want to race you want 18? If it's the first one sell the electronic boost controller. If you say the second one keep the boost controller. That was what I was trying to say.
