its not a fuse but a light bulbs in your instrument cluster, u have to take it apart and you will see the small light bulbs on the printed circuit board.

if that is the cause then i would check the volts coming out of your dimmer switch, that could cause the problem, if it is just a few gauges not lighting up on your dash then i would check the bulbs on your instrument panel.

when you turn on your headlight switch and turn the dimmer knob back and forth watch your instument cluster and your radio and a/c lights and fog lights and tac control lights, they should all dim with your instument cluster as you turn the knob, to test it you wanna use a volt meter, turn the headlight knob to the full illumination postion, measure the volts between the instrument cluster connector pin 4, wire color (LB/RD), and just use the chassis as a ground....the volts should read above 10volts. After that you wanna check the ground side of the dimmer switch. measure the resistance between the instument cluster pin 1 wire color (BK) to ground. if the resistance is less than 5 ohms then your dimmer switch is good but your instrument panel is bad......chances are is that your dimmer switch is bad, most common compared to instrument cluster going bad.

its best to check the ohms on the dimmer switch, between R1 and I1 the voltmeter will show good ohms increasing..
