I think they probably already have it out. They're gonna charge you 4700 for a simple bolt extraction. They'll be laughing all the way to the bank

I would at least look into a welder that may be able to attach a piece of steel to the broken bolt inside and try to unscrew it. If it is NOT hardened, it would be VERY easy to extract, so I am guessing it must be. If the bolt head just broke off due to overtightening and NOT due to bottoming out, that would be the rub.

+1....Especially if there is any portion of the bolt left protruding out of the crank. This bolt should be removable unless it is completely sunk in there.
