10" in the rear?

Will a 10" wide rear tire require a fender roll?

What offset do I need?

You will not need to roll fenders provided you stick with an approved tire, up to a 305 MAX and off-set of +24mm

what kind of tire are you looking at? if your looking at getting 10.5" wheel and tire setup from AM you will be fine.

Yeah something along those lines but not sure which tire yet. I like the looks of the sumi's but have not made up my mind. I was curios as to whether they would fit without a roll job even though it's probably a good idea anyway but would be worried about cracking the paint.

I've run 335/35's on my repo 10.5 bullets, no problem, not rolled either.
