Need gasket part number

I need the part number for the aluminum crossover for a PI intake. I need to find new gaskets that go from the crossover to the intake.

MY ford dealer is having a hard time finding the part number.

OR What needs to be done for the second coolant sensor on the PI intake. If it needs to be drilled and tapped. what do i ask for at the machine shop?

There isn't any part number for it. Ford doesn't sell a gasket that goes between it. The only gaskets that you're going to find are your intake gaskets, thermostat gasket and injector gaskets.

I'm not sure what you mean about a second ECT sensor on the intake. There is only one hole.

Damnit!

Well what do i ask the machine shop to do exactly. Im letting a professional do it.

Also I have 2 coolant sensors. Cause my car is cooler.

Thats a good question. Im not sure, not even sure if ford will sell that particular gasket/seal. If they cant pull it up in the parts system chances are they dont...For various reasons.

I guess you have a second sensor bc of a temp gauge or something . Or maybe its a purple car thing? jk jk. Id drill/tap it on the back left corner. You could also install a combo of fittings to run 2 sensors off of the correct spot rather than going through all that trouble which is what id do due to less chance of a mechanical failure.

As far as drilling/tapping goes the back left is the only logical spot. Front left you have your thermostat, front right you have your ECT, back right you have the port for hose going to heater core.

Ok see now your wrong. NPI cars have 2 of them. Anyway lol.

I know for the NPI to PI swap you have to get your new crossover drilled and tapped. OR you can go without. Id like to do it correctly though.

Now I cant seem to find online what exactly I need to ask the machine shop to do. I dont want to ask for the wrong thing and fuck up my intake mani.

You go the left and right wrong . Left = driver, right = pass

Like I said though get the right fittings to T off the port for the ECT and put them both there. Easiest, cheapest, and most safe mechanically.

Hmm i really like that idea. Will coolant flow up a T though? Also will its reading be accurate?

Yes, people do this quite often on the PI cars when running a temp gauge....Which is pretty much the same exact thing.
