Wider tires will certainly tramline to a larger degree than the OEM 245's. The wider you go the worse it gets. You go as far as I have and you don't event THINK about having more than 1 glass of vino when out to dinner!

Jazzer + tramining lookseasily due to this issue

Also, I've never torqued wheels with a torque wrench before, always just do it with a breaker bar. But seeing as I now have a torque wrench sitting around the garage, I'm wondering what are the torque specs for these wheels? anyone know? I'm sure it said on the wheel package/info but thats at the wheel shop now probably in the garbage.
That's a pretty big tire for the back, especially when you consider that you put a smaller than stock tire on the front. Your back tire is over an inch taller than the fronts, you might start having brake issues.

Wheels look good though, I love the look of saleens

Well what tire do you think I should have gone with up front? I checked around and it seemed to be what everyone recommended

How wide is the rim?

EDIT: Yeah a 265/40 would put you at about the same diameter as the rear tire. Both the tires would then be about 3/4" bigger than stock
