Most places offer free lifetime balancing and rotating.

If it's free and could solve the problem, why the heck wouldn't you do it?

If I were Id find a performance shop you can bring the car to. They can test drive it for you and tell you wants wrong and then you can buy the new parts from them.

I suggest Tokico HP's over those base line KYB's. More money but worth it to me, haven't heard the best of things of those shocks.
