Well, do ya'll like it?

shot home on my lunch break just now and threw my new bumper back onto the car. spent 3 days painting, sanding and clearing the bumper (after work every night)

I went from this....

To this, in 3 days!!

Now next week around this time hopefully i'll have finished pictures with the hood on!

I'm confused... you got it as a GT bumper and turned it into a cobra bumper? Or are you saying that's how you got the car?

Either way the bumper looks good. Did you use fiberglass to fix the cracked front?

I got the car as a gt... then bought a broken 03 cobra bumper. i fiberglassed the crack on the inside and out. then filled it in to feather everythign smooth. then painted it.

now im getting a cowl hood that i'll paint, once its done i've got 2 door dings and all the holes from the badges to fill. as well as the spoiler holes.

Gotcha dolbs. I might have to hit you up for some advice when I start fiberglassing the cracked tail section of my bike

If you're happy with the job, that's all that matters Just don't do a crappy job so that it breaks again haha.

yep, that was my first experience with fiberglassing a bumper and doing those repairs. im use to fiberglassing boats and stuff... or having metal bumpers. so idk.

I dont think it turned out too bad. and the paint was a pretty close match, espesially for some paint that i had laying around to paint my 4x4 truck with. haha
