Fried the piston ring?
Last night at the track i missed 4th and over reved, did a comp test, one
cyclinder completely dead, no antifreeze just oil, and smoke, from oil im assuming, out of exhaust wats next? is it safe to temp drive it home (50 miles away) if i unplug injector and coil? i made it from the track fine no overheating oil pressure remained the same sounds like a popcorn machine/helicopter but besides that would it be ok? wats a good shortblock to look at? |
