Magnaflow cat back+ MAC muffler= ?

I had the car out yesterday and other than my fuel pressure problem (see my other thread) I sadly hate to admit that the magnapacks gotta go

they just dont have the sound im looking for anymore after the headers and OR H...I want to put a set of MAC mufflers in place of the 'packs but leave the rest of the catback intact..my question is do I need to get mufflers with an offset inlet/outlet or can I go straight in/out...reps for a link to a cheap set lol

my buddy kyle did the exact thing you did. he had produmps and ended up having a muffler shop weld things up to make it work. to my knowledge, mac doesn't make them other than offset so he had to have it welded up kinda custom. didn't look bad at all. and sounded good.

damn it...I was hopin to just slide the macs right in lol I Know you can get flows straight in/out but for some reason I have a problem with puttin flows on my ride

mac makes all the offset/offset or center in center out or any configuration you need. just go to there website Mac Performance - performance accessories for cars, trucks, and motorcycles

Its not that they're weak...they are loud as shit lol just not the good kind of loud anymore...I cant describe how they sound but its shitty lol

yeah for the most part.... completely different sound though. They are def "quieter" which is what I think your looking for, but they still have a good "muscle" sound when you get on it. check my youtube (http://youtube.com/swooshonln), I got a lot of videos w/ the sound. I bought them because I didnt want to have my exhaust SCREAM when I was just trying to drive normal. However now, I want to wake up the dead for some reason

it sounds too close to mine right now...it still has that nasty rasp to it when you first jump on it...you also have to remeber that you have a prochamber and I just have a regular OR H...Im gonna have to pass but thanks for the offer
