valve springs


Hey I'm getting my parts list together to put in my hi tech stage 2 cams. I want to put springs in even though I don't have to.

Which would you guys recomend?

Comp would be best if you plan on going to S/C or T/C because you wouldnt have to do it when you get to that point..

or if youre on a budget patriots...a lot of people dont like patriot but ive had pretty good results with their springs .

Gosh does no one like comp??I like manley stuff but comp cams comp springs they kinda go hand in hand...

Valve spring install does suck. I have PAC Racing springs. I feel like this is another one of the things just like cams, and every other part. Get what you want, everyones going to have a different oppinion.

comp high load valve springs.....650" maximum lift 120lbs on the seat<<<<what I run with .030 shims.

Manley high load springs...........580" maximun lift 125lbs on the seat.

comp springs. thats what im getting when i do my stage 2 comp cams next month. guess it just goes hand in hand really.
