ticking noise during startup?

So when i start my car after it has been sitting for a wjile it will make a ticking noise for a little bit, get a little louder and then go away after say 2 minutes or so.

I know this is kinda a hard thing to make suggestions to without actually seeing it, but any ideas? I really hope its nothing mjor. I doubt it is bearings because it goes away. The car seems to run great and i dont really notice any issues, just that noise upon startup after sitting for a while.

could be a couple things. right before my sparkplug shot out it did the same thing, it went away. could be a leaky manifold gasket that goes away as it warms and swells, and could be a lash adjuster.
