meant to ask, will header gaskets from a 2003 termi fit the 99 01 windsor block? i think it should right? 4v doesnt matter?

headers bolt to the heads, not the block. or did you mean the head gaskets themselves?

Like baker said, it's the heads that determine what kind of headers and gaskets you need. And no, 4v gaskets shouldn't be used on a 2v. The ports are different shapes.
