If you're trying to set it up for drag racing, throw on a set of Steeda UDP's, some tubular upper & lower control arms (then remove the lateral shocks on the rear to save some extra weight), and an aluminum driveshaft. Also, you can get some Mac LT headers for about $350.00. The gains are well worth it, N/A or FI.

Full length subframe connectors
Upper/Lower Control arms Aluminum Driveshaft Aluminum Flywheel Electric/Stewart Water Pump (go electric if you can pay for it) You've pretty much done everything you can do bolt-on wise. You could swap a 5.4 into it.

Look. I know you said no nitrous because you might blow your engine up and let me interject something.
I ran nitrous for over 1 year. Loved it. I like many others was terrified of it. When I received the kit ($400 total, NIB), I put it on my car. Knowing that for 100 shot it is perfectly safe to run it as is, I was still afraid and took it to the dyno. $550 later, I had my car tuned. Want to know what my "Nitrous" tune consisted as? Absolutely nothing. It was stock timing. He didn't change a thing. Of course I fought this with him, yet he still charged me for a nitrous tune. After spending the money for getting a N/A tune and a so called "Nitrous" tune, it was time to hit the streets. It took me over 3 months before I was able to hit the spray. Like someones sig says, "nitrous is like a fine girl with STD's, everyone want to hit it, but everyone is afraid to" (something like that). The day I flipped my switch and sprayed against an M3 was priceless. Nothing could compare to the adrenaline rush I had. My car was HAULIN ASS. The first part is getting past the mental stage of spraying for the first time. I knew that nothing was going to happen just spraying 100 shot, but in the back of my mind I was still afraid. That was until I finally grew a pair and sprayed. There is absolutely nothing to be afraid of. That was the day I became addicted to it. Nitrous is really cheap power. For those that say well it runs out... So does your gas tank... but you go and fill it up. Then there comes the argument well it is expensive and all the refills will eventually pass the price of going F/I. Lets say you spray once a week. I used to get about 10 good runs on one bottle before I had to refill it. So.. do the math. I would have to refill 5.2 times a year to satisfy my racing needs. Honestly I didn't fill up that much. Others have gone through way more. 5.2 X $40 = $208 in nitrous refills alone per year. Compare that to a F/I car. For the most part the average seems to be $2500- $4500 to get it done. Lets say $3500 to get the complete kit done. $3500 - $400 (for the nitrous system) - $208 Per one years use = $2892.... At this rate it will take me over 13 years to break even... My vote goes to nitrous man. You DONT need a tune for it, power is insane, and nothing beats the price. Best bang for the buck.

Look around at the suspension components, if the bushings are green and kind of soft, then it's stock. If you've got hard plastic/urethane bushings, you're looking at some aftermarket pieces. The driveshaft install should be simple, just unbolt a few bolts on each end of the DS, switch the yokes out if it's an auto, and then drop in the new one and re-torque. The gains aren't noticable on a dyno, but they are on the track. It also really smooths out the ride on the highway if you have gears, gets rid of a lot of vibrations.

+1 , nitrous is the shit. I cruise with a 50shot for daily driving use. Really makes an automatic scoot out of the hole.
