Master cylinder bleeding

I am about to bleed my brakes soon to put on my Roush/Alcon big brake kit. I just want to make sure I got some of the sequences right. From what I have heard I thought bleeding the master cylinder (by the 2 bleed screws) and then the RR, LR, RF, LF was correct? Some people have said to bleed all the wheels first and then the master cylinder? Let me know what is the best way to go about doing this.

Also, Ive never bled the master cylinder by the bleed screws. Is it the same process as the wheels? (pump up to get pressure, press and hold pedal while one of the bleeder screws is opened, then close the screw before letting pedal go, and repeat). And which screw should be bled first? The one closest to the firewall or the one closest to the battery, or can they be bled at the same time?

Please let me know any info, and thanks in advance!

I did my wheels then went to the master then back to the wheels. Not sure if it's the easiest way but it worked.

you wont have to bleed the master cylinder unless you are replacing it with a new one or you let the brake fluid reservoir drain completely. Just bleed all of the calipers and make sure you keep an eye on your fluid and fill it as needed, you should be fine.

If you were to drain the whole system though, would black five ohs method work?

I want to bleed the master cylinder because ive had a bit of a spongy pedal ever since ford did my last brake job (i didnt really know how to do them at that point). I got the brakes bled after the job and it still didnt do too much and ive read that bleeding the master might get it back to being rock hard.
