HELP!!! I'm cated but still throwing P0135 code!!

I have a '00 GT, Pypes O.R. X pipe and Pypes high flow catts, but I am still having trouble getting the P0135 (B1 S1) code to clear. I have replaced the O2 sensor there and had a shop verify that the wiring was okay....Any clues as to why this would still be throwing a code?

Did you turn off the rear o2 sensors?

I do have a custom tune currently, and I believe that they did turn sensors off for the catt delete. The guy that gets me the tune was out until today, and the catts were put in over the weekend. so hopefully when I get the new tune everything should be good?

Okay, so I have temporarily reset the tune to a basic strategy adding the rear O2 sensors back and will drive thru the drive cycle to see if it comes back on. What I was told by a mustang mechanic I called today was that the code was being thrown due to a possible short, or current issue, and also could be due to moister in the harness. Any thoughts?
