Me too, but 12.55 is a long way from 11's when you already weight 3000#. The faster you go the more it take to improve.

Im not to worried at trying to run 11s at this time. To tell you the truth I never really had intentions of spraying the car before I got offered the kit in trade. So I figured why not. The only time I was going to use it was friday nights during real street drags. Money is tight right now with trying to get everything paid off to buy a new house and also with the up coming wedding that I couldnt justify having this kit when I could sell it and put the money towards bracket racing

Knowing your situation you did the right thing. I went 30 years without a Mustang because of family responsibilities. I've enjoyed my car and nitrous is a big part of that enjoyment. I'm in no way dissin' your 12.55 or your decision. You can always add N2O later.

11s N/A 2V is no easy feat (especially with a "street" trim car) I'd imagine!

How much would it cost just in nitrous use, to make 4 passes at the strip?

F8L what rpm are you cossing the traps? I think maybe steeper gear will get you closer and getting rid of a bunch of dead weight with light seats, light weight hood, and a def a k member will get you there, i really think it would be more impresive to get a stock motor'd Gt in the 11's

Is it installed already?
