My 95 TA with a 6 speed took forever to go from 100-125. it had almost 280rwhp with heads and exhaust. I seriously doubt my Bullitt would get to 140+ in my lifetime. it barely pulls above 100...I drove a buddy's 08 GT with the full ford racing catalog of parts on it (360 ish hp) and it topped out at 150. took a couple miles to get there from 80...

right? how often do you really go above 90 on the street? or 110 on the track? I laugh at people when they tell me 4:10s will lose them too much top end...

ik everyone i tell that to they say the same thing but it did happen barried the speedo... it was on the highway and yes it took FOREVER i was trying to keep up with a modded sti

ive actually raced to 140+ when we were 3 wide still neck and neck.

getting to 140+ with 500+rwhp is alot different than with 250rwhp. you spend probably half the time getting there, which leaves less time for something to go wrong. especially from 110-140.
