Finished Installing Parts. What do these items do?

I have an 00 GT with a Saleen S/C. I just installed the chicane intercooler upgrade and tidied up some other things. Below are some pics of a couple of things I am curious about (I bought the car modified from a good friend). 1) What is the knob for in the first pics? 2) What is the female headphone type connector for? It comes out of the injector/COP harness. 3) What does the black knob/cap facing directly up on the Idle Air Control do? It looks like it may just be a cap and not a knob; it does turn forever. Last, there are some pics of the engine bay for those who are curious. Thanks in advance!

The knob on the IAC isn't a knob, its a vent. The third pic is the electronic/EGR vaccuum regulator.

Is the vent adjustable? On the EGR, it might have gotten turned some when working on the car? What does it regulate from one way to the other, and what is the standard setting?

The first two pics….

Just a wire that goes grounded on top of the bolt holding the fuel rail, it just slides on top of the little bolt

To be clear, on top of the threads stud that remains from the fuel rail bolt, which is behind the EGR knob in the pics? (The EGR knob mounts on the same stud.)

THANKS! Makes sense as it isn't long enough to reach much else, and I see nowhere else for it to plug in.

the first pic is a ground of some sort that you stick on the long bolt on your fuel rail in the back drives side stud. the second pic is the differential pressure regulator its part of the egr system and the cap on the top of it just spins you cant take it off
