ignition coil change


i have to change 2 coils but i was wondering if i should replace all 8 of them or can i just replace the 2 that need to be replace? Any recommendations on what brand i should get any websites where i can get them for a reasonable price?

replace just the ones that are bad with oem ones. If you price them and they come up to a little under for what accel coils cost as a kit, then I would replace all them with accel ones. I cant remember how much OEM coils are. if they are 100-120 a pc, then i would say go with accels

i never really tried them or know anyone that has. Jegs doesnt make them, just put their name on them so for all i know, they could be accels with the Jegs name

what are the specs for testing a coil? ohms? just curious,,,want to check mine out.

primary resistance should be 0.55 ohms and secondary resistance should be 5.5 K-ohms
