COPs resistance/specs?

I've looked around, but can't seem to find this info.

What are the specs for the STOCK coil on plugs (COPs)? I feel like geek'n out on my car, and want to check each coil and see if it's in spec or not.

I know you need to test across the primary and secondary coils, but what is the resistance supposed to be for a good coil?

reps to who ever knows

....I have access to pretty much any/all electronic testing devices......(if I don't i can make my own).....

Thanks guys!

reps!

Thanks dude. I can't wait to go test them,,,get bummed,,and then replace some.

I know these puppies should last forever - hell I put 175k miles on the COPs in my dakota with the 4.7 V8.

I put a brand new one in the stang several months ago (turns out it was a plug issue on that cylinder). But I never tested the other ones. Will try to test cold,,,then test after fully warmed up.

Thanks!
