I would start by checking all your grounds, and free testing for alts have been known to not be completely accurate.

well i had advance auto to check it and then when the light came on i unhooked the battery while the car was running and it never quit so i guess ill start checking ground.where is the most common place for the bad grounds?

Clean them all. Factory has grounds to the painted metal (bad to begin with). 3 under the hood. Main ground leads to the oil filter (near there), and then branches off to k member. Clean them all, or file them down. Both connector side and on chassis.
Also there are an additional 2 in the car on the passenger side. One on the left, under the dash by radio. And one in the kicker panel by ecu. But these grounds are the least problematic since inside the car, they are not exposed to the elements.
