yea,i know it ain't good to do it but just wanted to see if it stopped the pop, also the guy that had kit before me was hitting 460rwhp at 9 psi which is unheard of with kb tune but he found out when he unhooked kit to sell that bap was never hooked up so that explains the xtra hp gains and he put 40,000 miles on kit with no bap,he was lucky.

try swapping your coil packs from left to right and see if problem follows, sounds like you have a coil going bad

i currently have the kb tune for this,do you think this problem could be mechanical or a tune issue?what about a dyno tune do you think that would resolve this issue?

id put it on a dyno and see what it does. sounds like it's rich. one of those mail order tunes can work okay, but it isn't optimal. each car is different and will react differently.

i don't know if this has any relation, but doesn't kenne bell's bypass valve vent directly to the driver's side heads? so once you get off the throttle going WOT the bypass valve will open, dumping all of that boosted air into the driver's side heads. would that have anything to do with it?
