Thinking about Hitech Stage 2 cams
I'm thinking about picking up a set of these CAMS for my 2000 GT.
I want to know if anyone happens to be running these on theirs or has experience with them. Also what do you guys think would be comparable from another company such as patriot or comp? Any input is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance. |

look into Bullet cams from Nick ModularHeadShop Modular Heads
much better profiles than most of the cams out there & without the drama of "no degreeing & you can run stock springs" only to find ptv problems or valve float issues.

I agree with casper. Ive never used the MHS cams but I will say one thing that ive noticed. If you look on the website everything is explained, much info is given, etc. He doesnt just throw a set of off the wall cams on there and say "buy these cams bc no degreeing or springs are needed and leave it at that w/o giving any technical info behind it.

Thanks I'll look into those brands as well.
Looking at the MHS cams I would be purchasing the 46PI stage 2's which is slightly less duration than the Hitech's but seem to be safer based on the information provided on MHS's site. Last edited by RFM 40th V6; May 17th, 2010 at 11:58 PM. |
