That's pretty irrelevant considering JLT intakes aren't made with metal.

What intake did you orginally buy? I have a K&N CAI and I like the way it makes the car sound. Can't say I noticed much on the HP side of things.

Since when did JLT become the only people to make CAIs?

I have heard great things about the JLT intake. Personally I have a MAC fenderwell cai, but I'm considering getting the JLT just because I have extra cash and why not... you can get it painted to match your stang and the 4 inch pipe looks pretty sweet under the hood.

cold air

JLT imho is the best. I have two. Friends of mine say that it is better than the others they have tried, did some swapping comparisons. In addition Jay is a great one to deal with. I believe JLT is the best! Others seem to be good.

you can make your very own jlt intake by simply going to home depot, buying the size of pvc pipe you want and poof, simple you can build your own.

They actually make the parts seperatly now, but it's not by JLT. I saw it the other day a Pep Boys when I was looking for Klasse All in One. It comes with all the pre drilled holes and everything.
