NGK BR7EF gapped at .035" (two heat ranges colder than stock, a good copper plug). Will last about 15k miles. That's what I run, as do most boosted modulars.

I'm an Autolite man myself. I'd definately go 2 heat ranges colder and close the gap....maybe .032 unless you're running a Boost-A-Spark or something similar.

Here is a list of plugs for ya: http://forums.modulardepot.com/showthread.php?t=2218

Stay away from those Bosch +4's, stick with a copper plug for performance (like NGK or Autolite) or a regular platinum type plug for longevity. Those +4's are overpriced junk.

I second that Md, stay away from them. There is a guy at my track who's Cobra motor said goodnight after a long night at the drag way. What went wrong ? His Bosch Platinum 4's decided to break off and grenade his motor.

Just a lil FYI.

I know I will get some flack about this one, I run splitfire. It' def wakes up the motor IMO. Sunday I was crusing home and a RT 5.9 Dakota pull up and rev his motor so I slowed to 65MPH geared to 3rd and floored. My car has great pull from 3rd @ 65. I pulled away but not like usual when this happens. We pulled into McDonalds and he said "what the hell do you have in that thing?" He said his truck was 99 dakota R/T 5.9 350hp. I have an '03 GT with bolt ons. Same thing happened with an Silverado SS rated at 345HP from the dig but I left him BAD! What's up with these trucks??? I used them on my last '92 GT and it did great in it as well so I'm sold on SF and nothing/noone will change my mind. only $4.99 ea. 30 Money back garr and 100000 mile garr. my 2c
