03 won't start after storage

Hello,

2003 mustang with predator program. Just tried to take out of storage and it will not start. The engine turns, but does not fire. Diagnostic tool reads: error P0602 to note the aftermarket program, and P1000 noting an incomplete diagnostic cycle. Thought that the computer was bad, but my mileage is still saved on the comp. Tried backing out the program and still would not start.

Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions.

Thanks

only thing I can think of is maybe the gas that was in the tank went bad. Try draining the gas tank and putting in fresh gas with an injector cleaner and see if that works.

Do you hear the fuel pump buzz when you hit the key on?

We can hear the fuel pump when the ignition is turned on. The fuel system should now be primed.

When the car was put into storage, a fuel stabalizer was used, so I doubt bad fuel is the culprit. Also poor fuel quality would probably at least try to fire and start. It will turn over but not fire.

Check for mouse shit and spider webs in your air intake etc. Make sure none of your wires were eaten by mice.
