Fuel injector cleaner

Is it worth it? How often should you use it and what's the best brand? Thanks for any reply. I used the search function, but got 18 pages of posts and I'm fixing to leave for work so I didn't have time.

i think its really a matter of preff. i have ran a lucas inj. cleaner but really couldnt tell. but i work a small castrol shop and we do fuel inj. cleanings 1st we clean the throttle body 2nd run a inj. cleaner through the PVC vaccum line hose while the car is running and then we put some gas cleaner in the tank. to me that 3 step is about the only way ive seen a difference out of a inj. cleaner.
