LT tune?

2000 GT
i already have brenspeed tune for o/r h pipe to turn off the O2 sensors.
if i put in Mac LT's and o/r x pipe, will i get a CEL?
or will i be ok running the same tune?
will a retune help in the performance much?
will the sound be much different with LT's and o/r x vs shorties and o/r x?
trying to decide whether the LT's will make that much of a difference vs shorties. i dont plan on doing any FI.

1) No, if the rear O2's are already shut off, you won't get a CEL
2) Yes, you'll be ok running the same tune
3) A dyno tune is always better than a mail order tune
4) Yes, shorties don't really do much for you. If you're going to mess with headers, might as well go long tubes
