Washers with arp main studs?

Any seasoned builders out there can fill me in? After tapping/chasing the main threads and installing the studs bottomed out, and putting on the washers and nuts, the studs aren't fully flush with the top of the nuts. With the washers removed the nuts are all the way on the studs. Anyone have any objections or should I just call arp in the mornin?

so your saying the threads from the stud arent sticking out of the nut when the washer is on there?

Yes, with the washers off there is at least a whole thread on each stud showing above the nut.

So with the washers on there, the stud tops don't even come up even with the top of the nuts? Yea, that's a problem.

Did the stud kit come with the original ARP box? It should have a white sticker on the front right corner, saying what application it's for. Is correct?
