Problems
I have a 2003 mustang gt and i just recently put new plugs and coil packs on it. It tends to sputter on me when i let off the gas and coast in gear and it does it really bad when i coast down hill while in gear. I can also hear cracking and popping coming out of the exhaust.
Does anyone know what could be the problem? |

Did you set the gap of the plugs? Try taking the plugs back out and checking the gap again.

Most motors sputter when downshifting. How does it feel when you get in it or are cruising?

I bought the 4 prong plugs and it feels fine when cruising but its when i let off the gas i can feel it sputter sort of like a misfire. Could a worn out clutch do this or and exhaust leak.

You bought the Bosch plugs? Those things are garbage. What all has been done to your car?

Nothin really just and off raod h pipe and i hade that on for about two years with no problems
