Automatic Transmission

I know this probably has alot to do with opinion, but is an automatic transmission better for a s/c or t/c car?

i would think it would be better to supercharge on since you have to spool up a turbo and downshifting could help that (not sure but makes sense)

Manual trannies make slow cars fast and fast cars slow. You definitely want an auto for any kind of serious drag racing. Plus with a stick and forced induction its real easy to spin your tires and kick the rear end out when you shift gears if your making any kind of big power. Not to mention the 2nd to 3rd shift sucks on a T3650 trans. A lot of it is personal preference though, if its just gonna be a fast street car and not a drag racer a stick shift is a ton of fun. Every car i have owned has been stick, but my next mustang will be an auto.
