Gears and DRs
If I was to get gears (3.73 or 4.10s) and I ran a stock axle and splines, If I ran drag radials would I snap anything?

well you def run the risk of it if you hookin. your axles will go first, but there are a lot of people who run them to the 11 and have no problems

My 03 had a ton of bolt ons, 4.10 gears and BFG drag radials. It also had a manual trans which shocks the rear end harder than an auto would. I was dumping the clutch at 5000 rpm on a 100 shot of nitrous at the drag strip and popping the front wheels off the ground and i never hurt the stock axles and limited slip. I did it for 2 years with no problems. Your experiance may vary but i wouldnt spend the money on axle shafts until i break em.

Do your self a favor andupgrade to 31 spline posi and axles if you wanna run DRs cuz its one less thing to worry about
