DO '99 GT'S HAVE A 2ND COOLANT SENSOR IN A HEAD?

If they do I think it is located UNDER THE FRONT RIGHT(looking at the engine) intake runner. I cannot find one on my '99 so it is possible the '99's only had one that would send the vooltage to the gauge and also data to the ECM for the fuel mixture but I cannot find any on mine. All I see is the boss for the knock sensor for the 4v head blocks. By the way what block is this Windsor or Romeo and is one preferred? Thanks and this is reallyt important that I get the info on a second sensor if there is one! Mark
