speedo got to be off, i have 4.30's and at the top end of the track with a 26inch tire i top out at 117. And with a 28inch tall tire i top out at 125.
So yeah your speedo is off, top in 4th for you should be around 128 or 130

oh and one more ??

a guy told me that my half second 1/4 mile time drop was due to the CAI and tuner, not the gears???

is this true? i figured it was a combination of all of them.

it was mainly the gears trust me. a cai and tuner maybe added 20rwhp and that will not make you drop half a second but getting your car to stay more in its powerband with steeper gears will. Imagine if you have put 4.30's or 4.56's, you might of dropped a whole second

With 3.73's, you should hit about 130-135 in 4th gear. Trust me on this. Maybe you're tuned for 4.73's LOL.

Well... worthless is an opinion but you may find yourself starting from second if you have the slightest roll going.

You'll drop from about 40 mph at redline in first to 30 mph with 4.10's.

+1.... first gear is not worthless, but you can start in 2nd a lot easier than you can with stock gears... you can actually dump the clutch and do a wild smokey burnout in 2nd, although repeatedly doing that may not be the best for your car

I think that chart's off it says

Your tire's diameter is 26.921 inches
At 6000 RPM in 5th gear, you're moving at 189.041 MPH

for 315's?? with 4.10 gears? lol I doubt I could make anymore than 150 with 4.10's

If you were in a vacuum without any air resistance or anything then it could happen, but in the real world there is air resistance and friction from the tires and the pavement so that is why there is a difference. Also to think about with that chart is friction is not in there, making the acutal speed slightly slower! But it gives a good estimate.
