Sub Frame connectors

Do the convertables come stock with some frame connectors and a K-member brace? Or did I just luck out and buy a car that already has them on it?

I am 99% sure they come with them stock...To make up for the lost regidity from not having a hard-top...

it came from the factory...

I know the 01-04 came with some short stock rusty subframes that dont do a lick for holding that thing together & a X-member

you should most definatley swap them useless stock subframes out for some maximum motorsport XL Subframes

Con subframe connectors be bolted in or do they have to be welded? I wanted to know because if they can be bolted then I can do them myself but if not then I have to pay someone to weld.

i've never actually came across any subframe connectors that can be bolted in - a buddy of mine said you always wanna weld them on - but bolting them in would be so much more painless . . .

couldnt you just drill them into the bottom of the car in like 15 specific real rigid places or something? just wondering - if i got some i was gonna bolt them up anyways to weld them in . . . do you just need to weld them in so they are in there OR WELD the hell out of those suckers wherever it touches the car???

.... i absolutely hate the body roll and twists the mustang makes under acceleration ! ! !
